At IronWalk London, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within this period by contacting:

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Items should be unworn and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Original delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with UK law (standard delivery only).

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Late or Missing Refunds
